We had a great stay at this house. Location is perfect for skiing - and the place was very comfortable for the 6 of us. Having a hot tub is obviously a huge plus too.

Tamara's cabin has a breathtaking view of Lake Tahoe. It was a great location, not too far from Northstar and Safeway. The bedrooms were spacious and photos are accurate. Kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal. Very cozy!

The cabin is really nice and we had an awesome time. The only thing is that the pictures show a walkway to the lake which is inaccurate.

Great place to stay while in Tahoe! Lovely interior Of the house, and very comfortable, good location. Best place I’ve stayed in Tahoe! And love the hot tub!:) would stay here again any time!

This place was AWESOME!! The view was amazing! Tamara was great as well, very easy to communicate with and replies promptly. We slept 5 people comfortably and there was plenty of room for more! We really enjoyed this place and will be back!

Loved this house. Amazing location. Great for kids + dogs + multiple families. Well equipped house so you don't have to bring anything!
Neighborhood is quiet. House is shaded and parking is not a problem. Highly recommend!

Nice place, close to anything you may need while your visiting. I wish they had more outdoor seating, checkout at 10 am a little early. Overall a good experience.

I was with a large rental company for several years and I was tired of calling in with a problem to be transferred twice and then when I would finally get to talk to someone they wouldn’t know who I was or anything about my house. Swapping over to Conor and Tamara was a really great change. They are local, caring, and easy to get a hold of. They take great care of my home and I never have to feel like I am tracking them down to get something fixed. I would recommend them to anyone!read more

I was trying to rent my house on my own. After 2 winters of deep snow I decided to give Tahoe Rental Management a try. I couldn't be happier I did! Last winter while everyone was begging people to come shovel their houses Tahoe Rental management handled everything and I just got to enjoy my home when I came up and make good money from rentals in between my stays. I changed over to Tahoe Rental Management 2 years ago(2017) because I was tired of paying 45% rental management fees. Their 25% package has all of the same benefits as my old company but I pay half as much. My condo is better taken care of, rented more, and they are very easy to work with.read more

We decided to change from our old rental company over to Tahoe Rental Management last summer and we couldn’t be more happy we did. They have taken great care of our house and are always available when we have questions- I never have to remind them of of who I am and where my house is. They are easy to work with and always get the job done. Even with this huge snow year my house was well taken care of and all of my renters left happy. I would recommend them to anyone!read more

I bought my house in Tahoe City in March 2019. I have never owned a rental house before and they were very helpful for getting it set up for renters. They are professional and know their stuff but are also easy and fun to work with. When the house was ready they got it on the market with in a week and the summer rentals are rolling in. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking to rent their second home in Lake Tahoe.read more

We are so pleased with our decision to have Tahoe Rental Management oversee the management of our Lake Tahoe home in that we are out-of-state owners and are not able logistically to handle the rentals, maintenance, upkeep, and cleaning ourselves. We have used various management companies in the past but TRM has been exponentially more reliable, efficient, easy to work with, and successful in booking rentals for us.We have the utmost trust and confidence in Conor and Tamara as evidenced by their “hands on” approach and availability in our absence to attend to the details of maintaining a home and also their awareness of what a renter is looking for and expects in finding accommodation in an area like Lake Tahoe. I have been renting my home in Squaw Valley with Tahoe Rental Management for a year and a half now and I am so happy I did. My wife and I were trying to rent it on our own but it just wasn't working for us. By the time I answered all the renters questions and organized cleaning, shoveling, and repairs it was hardly worth it and I was considering renting long term for the winters. Signing up with Tahoe Rental Management was the best choice we ever made. Not only do they handle everything but they get me a higher nightly rate that I did on my own and I still get to use my house on a regular basis. I would recommend Tahoe Rental Management to anyone looking for a management company at Lake Tahoe. They have been managing our home in Tahoe Vista for 6 months and I have been very pleased with their services. Tamara and Conor have at least doubled my income on the rental property because of their management skills. They are very easy to work with and they are available to assist both me and the renters at any time. Using their cleaning and snow shoveling services has also been useful.read more
