This location is perfect as it’s almost halfway between Tahoe City and Tahoe Vista. The A-frame house has a spectacular view of the lake and felt very private as it was up on a hill and the property extended far below. The kitchen was very well stocked and the layout was great. All in all a great stay.

It was an good overall stay. Great place for the price for the place. One thing to note is this place is managed by an agency and hence this has both pros and cons. I was able to get some bathroom issues fixed asap. Great service, but then during off hours I needed urgent help and didn’t receive any response for a long time.
Overall the place is large and spacious and definitely worth the snowfall in Tahoe.

The house was clean, easy to access and had all the amenities listed. The host was very responsive and even allowed us an early checkin. The house is very close by to all the local attractions and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay! Definitely recommend the place if you are in the area.

Timberwood is fantastic! Very clean, comfortable and great location. 20 min to Northstar, Palisades & Alpine. CB bistro is a short drive and yummy-staff is great! You won’t regret staying here. Tahoe management was responsive, helpful and even let use check in early the day our reservation started. They also cleared the walkways and a path to both the grill and hot tub. Also important to note that the bathrooms & kitchen had nice products-not your run of the mill junk. The board games offered were also nice. We came the week after Christmas and the cute tree was still up. It really made the place feel special and cozy. The dog bed, bowls and towel to wipe your pup down when they’re wet added to the perfect details. STAY HERE!

The view is fantastic during the day and night. We lost a necklace during our time at Lake Tahoe, and the rental management sent someone to the cabin to look for it after we checked out. Although we didn’t find the necklace, we really appreciate their time and help.

The view from the balcony is great. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook a meal. There is a spiral staircase leading to the main living space and kitchen, so expect to haul your groceries and luggage up if you’re not one of the people sleeping in a room downstairs. Surrounding area was peaceful and quiet. A great getaway.

Great updated modern house and convenient location just minutes from the beach and lake. We found a nice family friendly beach nearby. Hot tub was nice and big. Kitchen, cookware and cooking utensils were high quality, unlike most Tahoe rentals and appreciated since we cooked every meal at the house. Kid-friendly with a built-in playroom stocked with toys.

It would have been nice to have more basic necessities like toilet paper, paper towels and laundry detergent though. We only had one roll of paper towel and there was no detergent but it was nice that they dropped some off. In my experience some rentals provide these amenities.

Lastly, with Airbnb’s COVID-19 guidelines we were surprised to find out that the next guests were checking in the same day we were checking out since we were told there would be at least 24 hours between guests; Airbnb recommends 3 days.

Overall it was a lovely stay for two families with young children. You can’t beat the location.

This cabin is everything you would want in a Tahoe cabin getaway. The location cannot be beat as we love Tahoe City and ski Homewood. New Moon Natural Food Store/Uncommon Kitchen was at the end of the street which was perfect for our dietary needs. The place was well-equipped with everything you would need. The master bedroom upstairs is a sleepers delight as it could be the most comfortable bed I ever slept on and will be getting my own LLBean fur comforter. The fireplace really warmed up the home nicely. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and gadgets to cook everything. The hot tub though not sure if the jets work as they wouldn’t turn on still gave us much needed muscle relaxation apres ski. Tahoe Rentals were very pleasant to work with, communicated well, and even assisted in getting my husband his belongings he forgot. I would definitely stay here in the future as it served us very well. Thanks for a great getaway for us!

This house was great- very clean, good beds, tons of space for 6 adults, lake access, solid wifi. The pillows, blankets and towels were fabulous. There was high end soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. The showers were just ok and the decor was a little dated (the pictures are accurate), but everything worked perfectly and the kitchen amenities were good. We would stay here again.

We had a great 4-day stay. There was a heat wave and the temps were in the upper 80's everyday, even in the house - the fans were a life saver. We would have loved AC, but understand that it is generally not needed in Tahoe.
We would definitely stay again; maybe this winter!

What an OASIS! From the view (unparalleled!!) to the kitchen gadgets (unexpected!) to the warm, welcoming, open spaces of the home to the comfortable beds, (warm blankets and linens too!), to the fireplace and seating area!! One day we hardly left the couch, just watched the sun move and change over the lake and the snow come and go. Booked this place to host a Thanksgiving Family Feast with all our kids meeting here - truly a GIFT in that it had almost EVERYTHING necessary (I bought a tin turkey pan to cook the turkey - but only so I could throw it out and not have to clean it!!) even a turkey baster! Absolutely blown away by the kitchen gadgets and how the kitchen was stocked!! Totally unexpected and very much appreciated! Would I stay here again??? In a heartbeat! Not only was the neighborhood quiet and residential (so we were respectful of that quiet) and grateful for the advice of two different neighbors (one for garbage) and the other for a hike (at the end of the street-through the "gate" and onto an amazing path!) The instruction manual that came with the house was extremely thorough - left nothing out so there were no gray areas and the television in the main room was great so one son could watch football all day on Thanksgiving and not miss a thing! Appreciated the snow shovel and extra salt - which with two days of snow - we used! Truly, NOTHING OVERLOOKED!!! Do yourself a favor and choose THIS rental!!

A-frame cabin on the north west side of the lake. Breathtaking views of the lake! Sunrises beautiful. Neighborhood is just charming and I love how the houses are built amongst the beautiful trees. The king bed we slept on was extremely uncomfortable but that was our only complaint. EVERYTHING else was adequate and pleasant (outdated bathrooms but clean with everything you need). 5 minute drive to 2 grocery stores and a small downtown area. Would stay again and again for that gorgeous lake view. The management company was very responsive and nice for any of our concerns or questions. We loved our stay so much, thank you!

This place was perfect for us! It was very dog friendly and had stylish but durable furnishings. The location can't be beat - Carnelian Bay is my new favorite part of Tahoe! The living space was great with a big comfy sectional and a large coffee table for our jigsaw puzzle (which we didn't finish!). The bedrooms are on the small side but very adequate. The deck was large enough for family and dogs, and hot tub and BBQ were great.

House is as advertised, a bit dated interior, but cozy, functional and close to Tahoe City and the mountain. You can see the lake from the kitchen, which has all you need to cook for a family. If you don't feel like cooking, the steakhouse around the corner had pretty good prime rib.

Pictures do not show some of the upgrades. This rental was super clean and had everything you could possibly want. Very close to grocery stores, dining, beach, shopping, water rentals, Bike rentals. I have 2 young children and this rental had the best toy selection that kept them entertained while we relaxed in the front patio. Definitely recommend for any family.

This place is beautiful! From the details of the home to the location and the views. My boyfriend and I stayed just the two of us for a relaxing get away. And relaxed we did. Loved the private hot tub, the projection screen TV and the fully stocked kitchen. I have to note the water pressure rain shower made it hard to get out. We definitely will be back in the winter months with a group to enjoy some snowboarding.

Tamara's cabin was perfect for weekend Tahoe trip. The location was amazing as you could see a beautiful, jaw-dropping view of Lake Tahoe on the balcony. The Cabin is well-equipped with all you need for the weekend trip. Tamara was very attentive to my request and message the whole time. Highly recommended!

My tween kid and I had a wonderful stay at this sweet cabin. We absolutely loved it! Last year we stayed in a more spacious air bnb nearby, with a second story and views, but I actually preferred this place more. It felt like home. The kitchen was beautifully stocked and really fun to cook in. The whole house was very clean. We loved the welcoming touches for our dog! Who knew how happy the natural wood dog dish shelf and labeled dog towel would make me? I loved the games, books, and record player. They kept my daughter entertained and created special memories. The hot tub was clean with the best jets! We like this location for convenience to skiing and the beach, perfect for spring. If you have a larger group, the house might feel a little small, or you might like being close to kids to keep an eye on them. It was dreamy for us.

This view from this Carnelian Bay cabin is just as beautiful as it appears, and the carpet and furnishings within are more newly renovated than they appear! The place and the towels and linens were very clean, and with the lockbox there were zero hassles logistically. Hope to come again soon!

Fantastic place in such a special spot. We took our pups and loved exploring the area every day. Beautiful wooded view from the deck, close to several beaches and bike paths, and great food options nearby. Check in was seamless and communication was quick and easy. Would definitely stay again!

Great location. Super peaceful with gorgeous views in the woods. Beach is about a 5 minute drive but is beautiful to go there during sunset. Loved the neighborhood deli and grabbing breakfast and deli there most days. Clean, well maintained. Great place to work remotely since that is exactly what we did. We also had our kid doing remote zoom classes so the wireless access is top notch

We loved our stay here! The view was amazing and it was wonderful to hang out on the huge deck with our pup overlooking a beautiful view. Very pet friendly even providing bowls, a towel and leash for the fury friends...all of which we brought but it was very welcoming.

This is a great place to stay in Tahoe. Large, well upgraded (we loved the kitchen), good location, easy check-in process, nice yard. My only complaints is that it was a bit on the expensive side and we have an issue with the heating (but the property management company stepped up and handled it nicely for us).

This Tahoe rental is completely as described! The hot tub is surely the crowning jewel of the accommodations; sparkling clean and perfectly situated under the stars. We loved spending our evenings cooking on the grill and then having a soak. The kitchen is very well appointed with all the necessary gadgets, utensils and cooking ware. I enjoyed cooking in that kitchen! Super comfy living space, nice TV and accoutrements, solid wi-fi, plenty of space for lounging around. Lots of storage room for luggage, very nice bathrooms, and the king bed was surprisingly fantastic! Our backs feel perfectly fine. 🙂 The location was about center between King's Beach and Tahoe City, so it was a great location for our purposes. Our doggy enjoyed his stay too, it's a great neighborhood for long, meandering walks.

Everything is great. Although we didn’t use the washer dryer, it seems to be a great addon. There is a lot of access to everything in town super close by. Just be careful about the steep hill to enter the neighborhood. As mentioned in the add it may be tough to climb in the winter months, but in the warmer times (late march - oct) it seems to be completely fine. As for the house the downstairs or the ‘basement’ // first floor it will begin very very cold, however the heating system makes it nice and cozy very fast. With that being said the. House is well insulated so the heat will stay in the house, thus making the sleeping conditions very warm if you leave the heater on.

I had an amazing time here, it was my second time here and was even better than last time. They recently got new furniture and carpets so it felt like being in a brand new airbnb. The view was amazing and the stars look great at night too. Thank you so much for the great stay and can’t wait to be back

I loved this cozy home. It was the perfect getaway for myself. Checking in was a bit difficult because the key code listed in the app isn’t the actual key code for the lockbox. You have to open up the pdf they send you to get the front door code. But Tahoe rental was responsive and that’s an easy fix for future guests. I loved the updated kitchen and they had all the kitchen items you would need for cooking. I was hoping to use the deck for grilling but the grill was unavailable and the deck was under construction. I would definitely stay here again though! It was close enough drive to Squaw 15-20min. Booked this home just in time for our spring snow storm! Ended up booking an extra night.

Rental was great...the views were beautiful, the kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need, and they had a new leather couch. It was only 20m to Squaw ski resort and very close to the nearest supermarket. Driving around the lake was a nice way to see all sides. House has a great view and porch. Fireplace was toasty and nice. (Only cons: beds are hard, shower was really loud for the bedroom next door.)

This house has fantastic view of lake Tahoe. It's very delightful during summer time to do BBQ with family and friends on its lovely balcony and enjoy the stunning view.
The house is on the mountain, short driving distance to Tahoe city for most activities. But if you prefer to walk to lake shore, it still takes a while.

We loved staying at this cabin in Carnelian Bay, it was tucked away in the trees a bit but still close to local restaurants, Safeway, etc. It has a great cabin feel and is well-suited for kids. We will definitely stay here again and are already looking forward to our next trip!

My group of friends had a wonderful and comfortable stay here. We had everything we needed in the house - plenty of towels including beach towels, kitchen and grilling utensils, blankets, and bathroom toiletries. It was nice to be able to walk to the delicious Sugar Pine Bakery plus lake access down the street. The bike path is right there too, where you can easily walk or bike to Tahoe City for shops/dining/grocery. The community amenities had a lot of options and were easy to access (swimming pools, pickle ball, tennis). The condo was very clean, each room is comfortable. Thank you!

Regarding recycling, there are blue bags under the sink where you can separate recycling and bring to the larger bins spaced around the community.

Tamara's cabin is lovely. We enjoyed the hot tub and incredibly comfortable couch. While many homes in Tahoe can be a bit rundown and dirty, Tamara's place has been updated with modern amenities and is extremely clean. I particularly appreciated the wood pile neatly arranged along the front of the house for the fire place. Very convenient. We did not have to go out for a trip to the store after our day on the slopes which was great.

Our party of 7 had a great time in this house. The house, even though the decor is a bit outdated, everything is clean and very well maintained. The layout of the house is great for 3-4 families. The spacious garage is definitely a plus in the cold winter season. The host was available to answer our questions before and during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time at Tamara's place. The view over Lake Tahoe is incredible, from the outdoor deck you can really enjoy and wind down. There is a nice BBQ and outdoor furniture (table and chairs) for you to use. During the summer when it's warm you will probably spend most of your time here. The inside of the house is fine, everything works and is clean. There is no air conditioning and the house gets very hot during the day, but the portable fans are pretty effective at keeping you cool. Overall a great experience, we would come again.

A small group of us stayed here for a ski trip to Palisades. The view of the lake was incredible. Everyone said this was the best place they've stayed at in Tahoe and we've all been coming up here for many years. The location was perfect, very easy access to Palisades and Tahoe City.

We loved this place! It’s an adorable cabin on a quiet street with a comfy living area, a huge dining table, and four perfect bedrooms. So many nice, unexpected touches: All-Clad cookware, Wüsthof knives, cute stemless wine glasses, and wonderful bed linens. There were also plenty of amenities suitable for infants/young toddlers. Communication with the rental agency was excellent.

Exactly as advertised. Beautiful view of the lake, especially from the deck. Check in was very easy and the place spotless upon arrival. Conveniently located near several nice beaches and a grocery store, and a 15-20 minute drive to more beaches and great restaurants in Incline Village and Tahoe City. If we were to return to Tahoe, would definitely consider this house again if we were to stay in North Tahoe.

The moment you walk in, you can feel the cleanliness of the house! The kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast in the morning and not to mention the barbecue in the evening! The whole family enjoyed our stay! The location & view was amazing, I can only imagine in the winter! Will definitely recommend this place to my friends & family!

Great location a short walk from the lake and a short drive from Tahoe City, Homewood, Palisades, etc. We found everything as advertised. House instructions were super thorough and communications were timely. Fast Wi-Fi for the area and we found it made a great base for remote work. Would stay again!

This is a great little place. The outdoor sitting areas are lovely and inviting, the hot tub clean, the kitchen well stocked for all cooking needs. The location was beyond perfect for our family. We walked to the beach (easy walk), walked the hiking trail at the end of Agate making an about 2.5 mile walk (could make it more), great walking neighborhood, quiet, comfortable beds, and a location for site seeing that was easy and perfect for us. There are three restaurants you can walk to, kayaks and boards to rent at the local beach, walk to a 7-11 if needed, and the beach is one of the best dog beaches in tahoe. It was perfect for us and our pup. Close to King beach and Tahoe city shopping, close enough to get take out. Really loved sitting on the front a back porch in the morning.

The staff was easy to access and completely responsive. Check in and check out a breeze. Was a bit hot in the afternoon and evening when we were there (over 80 outside) and tough to cool down. (I understand most places in tahoe have no air cond). Learned to keep the sleeping room doors closed, and this made the sleeping rooms cool enough to sleep. Left the front door open, sliders open, and fans on to make it work.

Really glad we stayed here. Family of 4 (two tween/teen kids) and pup.

Tamera was great with information from when I first booked the trip and even after we left and forgot ski boots behind. she called right away to let us know we forgot them and fortunately we were still close enough by to retrieve them.
The view of the lake is beautiful. Large master bedroom with a comfortable bed. Plenty of room for a couple families! The kitchen was well equipped and we used the BBQ on the deck to grill during the snow storm!

Our stay was amazing, the house was clean, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable, the living area was very nice with a wood burning gas fireplace which was awesome because it snowed so much while we were there. The hot tub was a plus for sure can't get better then sitting in a hot tub in the snow.

The neighbor across the street was very nice and helped us with the snow plow schedule letting us park in his driveway while our driveway was waiting to get plowed. We had a great weekend of skiing and it was a cozy place to come back to.

The place was accurate to the description and management was very on top of it. The drain was slow running and then clogged on day 2 and they sent over a plumber. The owners should consider making some maintenance updates. Bathroom near kitchen toilet didn't stop. Patio doors stuck and required aggressive pressure to close. Coat racks and towel racks fell off wall. Couch was dated and beds could use an update.

The house was very clean and comfortable, great for a group with plenty of space. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook and the beds were comfortable. Heater kept us warm and cozy along with the fireplace. WiFi works good and location close by the lake and Safeway. Good communication and response time and smooth check in.

My experience was great! I booked this property for 4 nights to celebrate my birthday with my friends and family. There were a total of 7 adults and there was plenty of space. The check-in process was easy, the house was clean, all the instructions were easy to follow. The views were amazing. Overall everyone enjoyed their time. One thing to be aware of is there are alot of stairs. It may be difficult for someone who has physical limitations.

The cabin was so nice and cozy! We had an awesome time there and the pictures do no justice. It’s so much better in person. I loved the fact that the kitchen has everything you need and more. There is even kiddie silverware. We will definitely be staying again.

This place’s location provides maximum level of comfort and convenience for those who want to be near the lake, hiking trails and grocery stores without sacrificing peace and quiet. The apartment is spacious with a good view. I loved the old fashioned skis used as decoration touches. The house can technically fit 6 people but we went as a couple in mid June and it was just right. The height of the building allows the view of the lake and just enough sunlight for a luxurious feel that can only be bought at a high end resort.

The view is amazing! Really spectacular and so dynamic with different colors at different times of day. I cannot state enough how lovely the view is.

The house has all the amenities needed, including delicious Peet’s Coffee and all kitchen utensils and dishes. The front has a downhill slope to the house and our boys (2 and 4 years old) sledded for hours in it. The location is ideal for skiers with squaw nearby.

Our family of 5 was very comfortable and happy with our winter stay. I definitely recommend it.

The house was everything we were hoping for: meticulously clean, attractively and comfortably furnished (exactly as in the pics), spacious but cozy at the same time. Great attention to detail with everything we needed to prepare and eat all our meals in. We especially enjoyed the beautiful fireplace and the magnificent surroundings of pines. Quiet street in a peaceful location a short car ride to shopping and walks along the lake. Tahoe Rental was easy to communicate with, pleasant and responsive. We'll be back!

We had a great stay at this lovely home. I have a mobility issue so I spent the most time hanging out in the house while the rest of the family enjoyed sledding and hot tubbing. Lot's of gadgets in the kitchen, lovely fireplace and a super comfy sofa. The decor is nice, striking a balance between homey comforts and contemporary cabin chic. The dog jumped in the car and wouldn't get out, so we had to bring her. The home is very dog friendly with dishes and a bed already set up! A good time was had by all!

We had a perfect stay. The place is the most stocked we have experienced 🙂 record selection was great as well for evening cocktails by the fire. Our pups had plenty of room inside, the neighborhood is nice for walks and the neighbors were all very friendly that we ran into while out on a stroll. The master bed is very comfy — we had a restful and relaxing time.

Such a beautiful home that was very relaxing. There has clearly been a lot of care and attention to detail from the yeti cups to the cozy bedding. We also loved the location - walk ability combined with quiet and tranquil neighborhood. Tahoe mgt company was also amazing and very accommodating. It has 3 very spacious bedrooms and one smaller one with a nice backyard area.

We recently stayed at the cabin and could not have been happier with the accommodations. Most importantly, the home was just as described and as the photos represented.

The place was clean and everything worked. They had the house prepped for our arrival, hot tub was on (but was not up to temperature yet unfortunately, as our kids went in and quickly came out), firewood available, clear instructions, etc.

There was lots of snow and they had timely snow removal/shoveling.

All-in-all...great stay and lovely cabin!

The house is awesome. Great location, really great setup inside. Great couch setup and dining table. It was also incredibly clean while being pet friendly. We didn't have a pet, but we were impressed by how clean it was. No pet hair or fur issues.
The only downside was that the hot tub display panel wasn't quite working, which made it difficult to heat.

The home was amazing. It was super clean. They had an amazing plan for their visitors. Key was easy to find and the private beach too. They had beach chairs for the family. A lot of towels, good shampoo, loved the hemp hand soap. We took our food so the pots, pans, bbq grill, panty with spices in it, and beautiful and spacious kitchen, was an amazing touch.
You can tell that the owner has everything well thought out for their visitors. I would highly recommend this home beyond measure. Plenty of space for a big family. Clean sheets. Spacious washer and dryer and they even provided detergent. Thank you for your hospitality, as this was my family’s and I first time in Tahoe and it was definitely a memorable one, not just for me as our family is an outdoor family, but the kids fell in love with the comfort of the home and the backyard. We will be coming back before the end of the year.

This place was amazing!!! I stayed with a group of 6 people and we had plenty of space. It was close to Kong’s beach, restaurants, and food store. Also close to kayak, paddle board, jet ski and boat rentals. The area has everything you need. The house was lovely and the deck has gorgeous views of Lake Tahoe. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. It was perfect for our time there, and I would definitely come back. I highly recommend this place if you’re planning a trip to Lake Tahoe!!

We had a wonderful time at this home. Tamara from Tahoe Rental was friendly, helpful, quick to respond, etc. The house itself was very nice with a breathtaking view. While on the pricier side, the view was definitely worth it. I highly recommend this home and working with Tahoe Rental.

Great place for our family to stay including 3 kids and our dog. They provided everything you need at this house and convenient to squaw and alpine meadows. The house even had a dog bed, water and food bowls, and a towel for our dog which was a nice surprise. Restaurants and the grocery store is a short drive away.

Had the absolute best vacation!! This house is located in a secluded area but close to many restaurants and things to do!! The view was incredible!!!! & the windows facing the lake are so nice so you can enjoy the view while being next to the fire. We found ourselves wanting to be there for dinner every night to watch the sunset!! The kitchen is equipped with spices, oils, & foil (which I don’t see often in most air b&bs) The master bed is extremely comfortable, we felt like we had great sleep & the feather down comforter was a nice touch.

I definitely plan on returning, it was definitely everything we wanted & more!!!

This was a great home with all the comforts any family would enjoy. Thoughtful touches in every room. The kitchen was fully stocked. Home owners even had a step stool in the exact place you would need for the high kitchen shelves. Ideal location close to kings in a quiet neighborhood. Would love to visit again.
