The views of the lake are absolutely breathtaking! The home was very clean and well cared for with many upgrades including windows and sliding doors. The kitchen appeared to be updated with newer granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. It was very well equipped to prepare meals and best of all you had a view of the lake while cooking. We enjoyed eating on the deck with the amazing view of the lake. Overall the home had lots of wonderful amenities and was exactly as advertised. Communication with Rental management was great. They were able to accommodate us and were very quick to respond by text.

This place is beautiful! From the details of the home to the location and the views. My boyfriend and I stayed just the two of us for a relaxing get away. And relaxed we did. Loved the private hot tub, the projection screen TV and the fully stocked kitchen. I have to note the water pressure rain shower made it hard to get out. We definitely will be back in the winter months with a group to enjoy some snowboarding.

We had a wonderful stay at the house. We cooked most of our meals here and were pleased that the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and there were plenty of plates, utensils, etc. for all six of us. The house was perfect for hanging out as a family with our dog.

Location is great, would love to come back in the summertime.

It was a 5min walk to the lake. The host responded quickly and communication was great. The hot tub was clean and the game room was a fun addition. We had 8 adults and 1 child there was more than enough space for us. Very close to Bars,restaurants, and grocery stores.

Great updated modern house and convenient location just minutes from the beach and lake. We found a nice family friendly beach nearby. Hot tub was nice and big. Kitchen, cookware and cooking utensils were high quality, unlike most Tahoe rentals and appreciated since we cooked every meal at the house. Kid-friendly with a built-in playroom stocked with toys.

It would have been nice to have more basic necessities like toilet paper, paper towels and laundry detergent though. We only had one roll of paper towel and there was no detergent but it was nice that they dropped some off. In my experience some rentals provide these amenities.

Lastly, with Airbnb’s COVID-19 guidelines we were surprised to find out that the next guests were checking in the same day we were checking out since we were told there would be at least 24 hours between guests; Airbnb recommends 3 days.

Overall it was a lovely stay for two families with young children. You can’t beat the location.

The cabin was so nice and cozy! We had an awesome time there and the pictures do no justice. It’s so much better in person. I loved the fact that the kitchen has everything you need and more. There is even kiddie silverware. We will definitely be staying again.

Nice getaway with a great deck. The neighbors are all very nice and the home is situated in a cul-d-sac so there isn't much traffic driving by. Unfortunately, we arrived when the next door neighbor had a contractor start removing 20 trees from their property so our days were filled with chainsaw noise. The home also has AC which is great, however, the air isn't balanced and the downstairs will be freezing while the upstairs is still warm. The noise from people moving around upstairs is very loud in the downstairs portion. Home is accommodating for a family with kids, however, for multiple adult couples I would consider it cramped. I also wish the home had and antenna and over-the-air channels to get local news and channels. The TV has only internet tv options.
Pros: Location, Living Room Space, Deck, Neighborhood, Air Conditioning, high speed internet, barbeque, and the newer Windows.
Cons: Home needs some TLC/handyman to go through it and make fixes. The fridge is dated and wouldn't seal close. The fixtures and lighting in the home are cheap and the downstairs guestrooms only have one side table per bed along with
a corded light that is hanging off a hook. Bathrooms are missing the exhaust fans, though you can see where they would be located by the off-color paint and ceiling wall plate. I wish the home was more refined for the price paid per night.

Great rental during the summer. We had a heat wave during out visit, but like most tahoe homes, there was no A/C but we managed by opening the windows and enjoyed the outdoors. The basement level was nice and cool. Not sure if blinds would have helped or not but most of the sleeping arrangements were on the basement floor. Lots of amenities you would expect at a rental. Despite coming in late and having issues during initial check-in, management was very responsive by phone and resolved any issues we had.

The view is what makes this cabin. It's simply breathtaking. My group was here for 4th of July weekend and the weather was gorgeous. We spent most of our time on the deck, BBQing and playing games.

The cabin comfortably sleeps 6 people (assuming 2 couples in the larger size beds) - after that folks need to use pull out couches which weren't apparently super comfy.

We had no problem calling Lyfts/Ubers to this house, and there was plenty of space for our 5 cars. Quick drive to King's Beach and some great waterfront dining.

It’s a little bit hard to find if you don’t have great connection when you arrive. Super easy to check in, nice place, all amenities nice and fully functioning. Don’t set the room temperature too high or else you’d wake up in the middle of the night.

Tamara's cabin is lovely. We enjoyed the hot tub and incredibly comfortable couch. While many homes in Tahoe can be a bit rundown and dirty, Tamara's place has been updated with modern amenities and is extremely clean. I particularly appreciated the wood pile neatly arranged along the front of the house for the fire place. Very convenient. We did not have to go out for a trip to the store after our day on the slopes which was great.

We were very happy with our stay. This is a lovely house at a wonderful location. The house was very clean and well-stocked. We had everything we needed for a wonderful get-away, and we would definitely come back and recommend to others.
We went in the middle of summer and it got quite hot during the day. Air conditioning would have been great, but it's not a deal-breaker. In the evenings the temperatures drop quite a bit in the Lake Tahoe area, so it's more comfortable, especially if you leave the windows open at night.

The house was very clean and comfortable, great for a group with plenty of space. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook and the beds were comfortable. Heater kept us warm and cozy along with the fireplace. WiFi works good and location close by the lake and Safeway. Good communication and response time and smooth check in.

This was our second trip to this property. The view from this house is just awesome! Just minutes from great skiing. Close to groceries and lots of restaurants. The house has very vintage amenities, which only adds to the charm of it. Very quiet neighborhood. We would recommend to anyone. We of course will go back again, we just love it!

What a view! As the other reviews state; this is a great spot. The pictures are indeed on target. We were really lucky to be here during a snow storm, meaning that we got lots of fresh snow to enjoy and beautiful views of it falling while being nice and warm indoors! Would definitely recommend.
One reviewer said that the place is not infant friendly (which the owners indeed don't say it necessarily is or isn't), so I wanted to mention that we had a great time with our three-year old.

Rental was great...the views were beautiful, the kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need, and they had a new leather couch. It was only 20m to Squaw ski resort and very close to the nearest supermarket. Driving around the lake was a nice way to see all sides. House has a great view and porch. Fireplace was toasty and nice. (Only cons: beds are hard, shower was really loud for the bedroom next door.)

Local was super sweet and professional throughout this entire process. Every time I had a question, Local would respond to me very fast. The house looks exactly like the photos, and there were lots of extra heaters for everyone to use. The fireplace was a nice touch, especially during winter time. I will definitely recommend this house to my friends/family who are planning to stay up north in Lake Tahoe. I had a wonderful time out there with my family, and I can’t wait to be back there again.

This is a gorgeous place comes with lots of character! The wood work across the home is very stylish! The living space is large enough to accommodate a big group! The kitchen was beautiful connecting to deck which enables us to enjoy a few meals on deck lookin at beautiful pine trees!
The home location on the hill made every drive spectacular! Location was closer to great restaurants and shopping areas and of course amazing hikes!
All bedrooms had big beds and tons of storage!! Bathrooms were clean and had all necessities well stocked!

Overall we had a wonderful getaway from our busy lives to enjoy the serenity of this home and beautiful Tahoe! Super family friendly and highly recommended!!

This place’s location provides maximum level of comfort and convenience for those who want to be near the lake, hiking trails and grocery stores without sacrificing peace and quiet. The apartment is spacious with a good view. I loved the old fashioned skis used as decoration touches. The house can technically fit 6 people but we went as a couple in mid June and it was just right. The height of the building allows the view of the lake and just enough sunlight for a luxurious feel that can only be bought at a high end resort.

We spent the weekend here with a few friends and the house was the perfect spot. Well located and has all the conveniences you need plus a hot tub. Communication and check in was seamless. We had a great stay and would definitely return!

This home is equipped with absolutely everything you can ever need, it is perfect for a family with little ones or a group of friends. The cleanliness is unmatched the communication is one of the fastest this house exceeded our expectations and made our vacation that much more memorable. You absolutely get what you pay for and much much more .

If this home is available for your trip, you HAVE TO book it. The views from the balcony AND inside with all the picture windows are spectacular. Even the pictures don’t do it justice. Watching the sunrise from the balcony was my favorite part of the day. My husband and I booked it for a little getaway, but it’s also great for a family or small group. Highly recommend.

Beautiful cabin in a great location. It’s close to King’s Beach and Tahoe City. The decor is a bit dated, but now gives off a trendy retro vibe. Wifi and TVs worked great and there was space for out kids to spread out. The beds were a bit firm for our liking, but not terrible. The deck is a great place to sit and enjoy nature, and we were able to enjoy the meteor shower from there. All in all a great place that we’d definitely stay in again.

My group of friends had a wonderful and comfortable stay here. We had everything we needed in the house - plenty of towels including beach towels, kitchen and grilling utensils, blankets, and bathroom toiletries. It was nice to be able to walk to the delicious Sugar Pine Bakery plus lake access down the street. The bike path is right there too, where you can easily walk or bike to Tahoe City for shops/dining/grocery. The community amenities had a lot of options and were easy to access (swimming pools, pickle ball, tennis). The condo was very clean, each room is comfortable. Thank you!

Regarding recycling, there are blue bags under the sink where you can separate recycling and bring to the larger bins spaced around the community.

This Tahoe rental is completely as described! The hot tub is surely the crowning jewel of the accommodations; sparkling clean and perfectly situated under the stars. We loved spending our evenings cooking on the grill and then having a soak. The kitchen is very well appointed with all the necessary gadgets, utensils and cooking ware. I enjoyed cooking in that kitchen! Super comfy living space, nice TV and accoutrements, solid wi-fi, plenty of space for lounging around. Lots of storage room for luggage, very nice bathrooms, and the king bed was surprisingly fantastic! Our backs feel perfectly fine. 🙂 The location was about center between King's Beach and Tahoe City, so it was a great location for our purposes. Our doggy enjoyed his stay too, it's a great neighborhood for long, meandering walks.

This was a great home with all the comforts any family would enjoy. Thoughtful touches in every room. The kitchen was fully stocked. Home owners even had a step stool in the exact place you would need for the high kitchen shelves. Ideal location close to kings in a quiet neighborhood. Would love to visit again.

The house was everything we were hoping for: meticulously clean, attractively and comfortably furnished (exactly as in the pics), spacious but cozy at the same time. Great attention to detail with everything we needed to prepare and eat all our meals in. We especially enjoyed the beautiful fireplace and the magnificent surroundings of pines. Quiet street in a peaceful location a short car ride to shopping and walks along the lake. Tahoe Rental was easy to communicate with, pleasant and responsive. We'll be back!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the cabin! We felt at home right away and enjoyed the peacefulness of the location. The well-stocked kitchen and dining area was a prime spot for engagement and spacious for 8 people. The card and board games provided were a hit! The hot tub was relaxing to use after a long day and you can even see the stars at night. We loved every nook and cranny of the cabin. Host was communicative and easy to contact. Would visit again!

This house was great- very clean, good beds, tons of space for 6 adults, lake access, solid wifi. The pillows, blankets and towels were fabulous. There was high end soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. The showers were just ok and the decor was a little dated (the pictures are accurate), but everything worked perfectly and the kitchen amenities were good. We would stay here again.

The place was accurate to the description and management was very on top of it. The drain was slow running and then clogged on day 2 and they sent over a plumber. The owners should consider making some maintenance updates. Bathroom near kitchen toilet didn't stop. Patio doors stuck and required aggressive pressure to close. Coat racks and towel racks fell off wall. Couch was dated and beds could use an update.

I loved this cozy home. It was the perfect getaway for myself. Checking in was a bit difficult because the key code listed in the app isn’t the actual key code for the lockbox. You have to open up the pdf they send you to get the front door code. But Tahoe rental was responsive and that’s an easy fix for future guests. I loved the updated kitchen and they had all the kitchen items you would need for cooking. I was hoping to use the deck for grilling but the grill was unavailable and the deck was under construction. I would definitely stay here again though! It was close enough drive to Squaw 15-20min. Booked this home just in time for our spring snow storm! Ended up booking an extra night.

The spectacular view was just as shown in pictures. The house fits five adults cozily. Don't expect a huge place nor updated interiors; the house is very clean but interiors and furniture are all dated - this didn't bother us as it's really the view you're coming for and the outdoor adventures we looked forward to. Be mindful that the balcony isn't child-proof. Being able to grill on the new-ish gas grill was nice. Central heating was a bit tricky to control - some rooms got too hot while others were fine (better keep temp on the lower side so as to avoid guests over heating).

The cabin needs a little updating to kitchen and bathrooms but has charm. It was nothing fancy but it was just what we needed and wanted for our Christmas and New Year holiday.

We had excellent communication about the storm as well as any needs we expressed including trash pick-up.

We loved our time staying on Chapel Lane. The location is ideal--a short drive from great beaches (we especially liked the one at Meeks Bay) and good places to eat (3 minutes from the wonderful Spoon and Fire Sign Cafe). The house is spacious and very comfortable and I really appreciated all the supplies in the kitchen--this is one place where you don't have to bring your own sharp knife, olive oil, or spices. The whole house is beautifully designed and thoughtfully equipped for guests. It didn't affect us much because we like to research the places we stay, but it might have been helpful to provide a bit of information about attractions and services in the area and especially good points for lake access, since the house doesn't have its own pier or beach. There are plenty of great beaches nearby, some with free parking, but it took a few tries and some driving before we found the right ones for us.

The house is in a great location close to both Tahoe City and Kings Beach but also in a quiet serene neighborhood with fantastic views of Lake Tahoe.
Everything you need is stocked and the house was very clean and in great decorative order. It felt like a home away from home which is exactly what I wanted for a short stay in Tahoe

One of the best and coziest cabins! Secluded enough to feel like you’re in a winter wonderland but actually really close to town and both Northstar and Squaw. The decor was so festive and cute for the holidays and the home was filled with anything you might need during your stay. Water was hot and the heat was powerful. Couch was super comfortable and the hot tub was large and not too far from the backyard door!

We loved staying at this cabin in Carnelian Bay, it was tucked away in the trees a bit but still close to local restaurants, Safeway, etc. It has a great cabin feel and is well-suited for kids. We will definitely stay here again and are already looking forward to our next trip!

The place is much bigger than it looks in the pictures and is very homey. The location is perfect for a quiet night in or to explore all Lake Tahoe has to offer. The rooms were all of great size and were very comfortable. The property has a lot of fun surprises that make it ideal for spending time family and friends. Kitchen was well-stocked with essentials. Would definitely recommend for a big group coming to Tahoe.

What an OASIS! From the view (unparalleled!!) to the kitchen gadgets (unexpected!) to the warm, welcoming, open spaces of the home to the comfortable beds, (warm blankets and linens too!), to the fireplace and seating area!! One day we hardly left the couch, just watched the sun move and change over the lake and the snow come and go. Booked this place to host a Thanksgiving Family Feast with all our kids meeting here - truly a GIFT in that it had almost EVERYTHING necessary (I bought a tin turkey pan to cook the turkey - but only so I could throw it out and not have to clean it!!) even a turkey baster! Absolutely blown away by the kitchen gadgets and how the kitchen was stocked!! Totally unexpected and very much appreciated! Would I stay here again??? In a heartbeat! Not only was the neighborhood quiet and residential (so we were respectful of that quiet) and grateful for the advice of two different neighbors (one for garbage) and the other for a hike (at the end of the street-through the "gate" and onto an amazing path!) The instruction manual that came with the house was extremely thorough - left nothing out so there were no gray areas and the television in the main room was great so one son could watch football all day on Thanksgiving and not miss a thing! Appreciated the snow shovel and extra salt - which with two days of snow - we used! Truly, NOTHING OVERLOOKED!!! Do yourself a favor and choose THIS rental!!

The place is beautiful, clean, and sports a very impressive view of the lake. We had a great time skiing, cooking, relaxing and staring out the huge windows at the view. Tamara made sure that we could check in alright and was very accommodating to a slight schedule adjustment. We were able to park the two cars without any trouble, too. I'd definitely recommend her place if you're looking to spend a weekend in Tahoe!

My family, pooch, and I stayed at this adorable 'cottage' (single-story family home) over the New Year's Eve time-frame and were pleasantly surprised by how well appointed the house is. The house itself is well-built and boasts great feng shui -- it's smaller than we expected but the smaller size only made things cozier and easier/faster to heat in winter. Our host Tamara was super and consistently/quickly responded to our inquiries. There's a cute trail a short drive away which we were able to take our pooch to and build snowmen; next time we'll bring a snow-saucer as well. 🙂 Honestly this was the best holiday getaway we could've asked for in a really cute home with great amenities/service. We were lucky to stay there and hope to stay again soon!

Wow! Amazing views. Great communication. Everything you need in the home is there. My wife and I stayed with our dog. The house was just Perfect. They had extra leashes, dog bowl and bed. Everything about this home was great. We cant wait to visit Tahoe again and hopefully stay here.

A-frame cabin on the north west side of the lake. Breathtaking views of the lake! Sunrises beautiful. Neighborhood is just charming and I love how the houses are built amongst the beautiful trees. The king bed we slept on was extremely uncomfortable but that was our only complaint. EVERYTHING else was adequate and pleasant (outdated bathrooms but clean with everything you need). 5 minute drive to 2 grocery stores and a small downtown area. Would stay again and again for that gorgeous lake view. The management company was very responsive and nice for any of our concerns or questions. We loved our stay so much, thank you!

My Family and I had such a wonderful time here! The home was very clean, spacious, cozy, and warm. We were able to enjoy the hot tub, play around in the snow in the back yard and take our dog out on walks around the neighborhood. We will definitely recommend this home and will be returning.

The house was clean, easy to access and had all the amenities listed. The host was very responsive and even allowed us an early checkin. The house is very close by to all the local attractions and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay! Definitely recommend the place if you are in the area.

This place was perfect for our family of 5. We arrived late at night and GPS took me right to the front door. Instructions for access were easy and the place was clean and just as described. The views of the lake made my work days much easier and the proximity to the local beaches was amazing. There is a Safeway less than a mile away and we got all of our food there and cooked in the kitchen and they even had a cast iron pan. I will definitely be staying here again.

The view is amazing! Really spectacular and so dynamic with different colors at different times of day. I cannot state enough how lovely the view is.

The house has all the amenities needed, including delicious Peet’s Coffee and all kitchen utensils and dishes. The front has a downhill slope to the house and our boys (2 and 4 years old) sledded for hours in it. The location is ideal for skiers with squaw nearby.

Our family of 5 was very comfortable and happy with our winter stay. I definitely recommend it.

This is a really charming, spacious cabin with amazing views that looks quite like the pictures but is nicer in real life. The location is ideal to explore all the northern parts of Tahoe but we still got down to emerald bay in 30 mins. The place is fully equipped with everything from kitchen ware to games. Very good value, we’d stay again and hopefully will.

Clean and open! We really appreciated the open kitchen/dinning/living room area. It was nice having the deck and big windows to bring in light and see the outside. The kitchen was one of the best equipped with any gadget you may need. It was also very cute the way they had bowls and a bed (both smaller) if you bring along your dog.

This house has fantastic view of lake Tahoe. It's very delightful during summer time to do BBQ with family and friends on its lovely balcony and enjoy the stunning view.
The house is on the mountain, short driving distance to Tahoe city for most activities. But if you prefer to walk to lake shore, it still takes a while.

Great place for our family to stay including 3 kids and our dog. They provided everything you need at this house and convenient to squaw and alpine meadows. The house even had a dog bed, water and food bowls, and a towel for our dog which was a nice surprise. Restaurants and the grocery store is a short drive away.

Such a beautiful home that was very relaxing. There has clearly been a lot of care and attention to detail from the yeti cups to the cozy bedding. We also loved the location - walk ability combined with quiet and tranquil neighborhood. Tahoe mgt company was also amazing and very accommodating. It has 3 very spacious bedrooms and one smaller one with a nice backyard area.

This location is perfect as it’s almost halfway between Tahoe City and Tahoe Vista. The A-frame house has a spectacular view of the lake and felt very private as it was up on a hill and the property extended far below. The kitchen was very well stocked and the layout was great. All in all a great stay.

A fantastic place with stunning views of Last Tahoe. Wake up to sunrise views from the living room. Large living/dining area with high ceilings and panoramic doors to patio. Very pet friendly (dog leashes with bags, bowls, towels, beds). Just 15-20 mins to Squaw/Alpine and other nearby resorts and close to restaurants/shops in Tahoe City.

My wife and I, and our chocolate lab just had a great 2 day stay for my 40th.
To start, the AirBnB host or point of contact was quick to respond and allowed us to check in early which was great.
Easy check in / check out as you use the lock box on the door to access the key to the front door.
Upon walking in, the view is just amazing and was why I booked it. But also because this home was pet friendly...
The house had everything we needed... Coffee machine to make coffee in the morning. Gas fireplace for extra heat (although the furnace keeps the cabin very warm). Smart Tv for Netflix, amazon video for when you're home at night.
Because it's March and Tahoe's been getting dumped with snow, the driveway and neighborhood road were a little narrow due to the snow embankments. So fyi, if you're heading up during winter 4 wheel drive would be good for coming and going to this home.
And finally for pet owners, if you come during winter. We found that Sips and Basecamp Hotel were the only places where you could go grab a beer and bring your dog.
So overall, great rental. The wifey and I would definitely come back again, and hope to do so in the summer.

Great location. Super peaceful with gorgeous views in the woods. Beach is about a 5 minute drive but is beautiful to go there during sunset. Loved the neighborhood deli and grabbing breakfast and deli there most days. Clean, well maintained. Great place to work remotely since that is exactly what we did. We also had our kid doing remote zoom classes so the wireless access is top notch

I stayed at this cabin with a group of 7 and we couldn't have asked for anything else really. Waking up to the view everyday was fantastic and we really didn't need a reason to leave. The host was very responsive if we had any issues/questions.

Definitely bookmarking this cabin for my next stay at Tahoe!

The place itself was clean, comfortable and convenient. We felt very much like at home. The kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Pretty much everything was great.

The view was stunning - sitting out in the deck for breakfast as the sun came up was a highlight. As was watching the sunset while grilling.

This cabin is absolutely beautiful and the views of the lake are spectacular! It's located in the quieter California side of Lake Tahoe in a nice, quiet area but you will not miss out on the views! The cabin has all of the amenities you could ever need and is clean and well-kept. Shops are located very close by. The only down-side is there is no AC, so the summer months can be a bit warm, but they provide fans and if you open all of the windows, it provides lovely cross breezes so by evening, you won't even miss the AC. Tahoe Rental was exceptionally responsive and communicative during the reservation process and throughout the stay. They even went so far as to meet a delivery person to set up balloons for my fiancé's 50th birthday inside the cabin before we arrived. They definitely go above and beyond for their renters. I HIGHLY recommend this cabin, and we will definitely be back! Thank you.
